Shipment Notifications

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email advising you of the shipping status of your order and its tracking number, if applicable. When the tracking numbers are present, you can click on the link and it will take you directly to the carriers’ website so that you can track your order.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours before carriers will display tracking information.

When will my order ship?

Foxtrot Industrial ships most UPS, FedEx, and DHL orders on the same day. Global Priority Mail and other US Postal Service orders ship on the next business day.

Orders may take 2-5 additional days for shipping and delivery. These delays are due to extended warehouse processing times, caused by peak volume, and COVID prevention procedures.

Backorder Shipping

If part of your order is on backorder with our suppliers and more than one shipment is necessary to complete your order, you will be able to select options for the backorder at the time of checkout. If your shipping address is in the United States, backorder delivery methods may be available at reduced shipping rates.

Same-Day Shipment

Foxtrot Industrial ships most UPS, FedEx, and DHL orders same day. Global Priority Mail and other US Postal Service orders ship on the next business day. The following exceptions cause orders to be reviewed before processing.

Most exceptions are cleared immediately but some may cause an order to ship one day later.

  • If you provide any special instructions on your order
  • New customer orders that require security or address verification
  • Credit card security concerns
  • An open account customer with a credit concern
  • Import restrictions in some countries
  • Orders exporting from the US due to export regulations

Track a Delivery from Order History

You can find the tracking number for any of your orders on the Order History page. To do this:

  • Go to the Foxtrot Industrial website
  • Click on Log In.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Once logged in, click on Order History.
  • You will see any tracking numbers within the right column.
  • Click on a tracking number to see more details on the delivery provider’s website.
